RFTJ系列粉体压实机,是营口瑞丰粉体设备有限公司针对微粉体中含有大量空气,影响包装精度,而且在运输过程中容易破袋,造成损失。专门用于增加粉体材料的密实度。粉体材料通过密实机后,粉体内的气体被排出,堆密度增加。
采用真空抽气式、负压排气设计结构,能够将物料中所含气体排出,适用于堆积密度较低、含气量较大的粉体或纳米物料。能够达到增加物料密实度、减少包装体积的效果。自动完成夹袋、自动灌装、智能称重、自动松袋、自动输送等工作过程 。配套皮带输送机和自动封口设备等自动化包装流水线。
